Several months ago, my grandmother was poking around her back yard (which extends into the golf course behind her house) and she found one of those styrofoam mannequin heads that beauty shops sometimes model wigs on, ya'know? Except there was a strip of ducktape covering the mouth and lower jaw, and some kind of wooden pole was jammed into the neck of the thing so it looked like a head on a pike. I'm pretty sure she threw it away, but we never did find out how it ended up in her yard, why it ended up there, or any explanation whatsoever. To me, it looks like some kind of freaky threat about silence or something but again...no real explanation.

The creepiest story I know is knowing that my mother has given birth to me and that my parents had sex to make me... By far the most disturbing

I have bad sleep paralisis (and spelling!). Basically most of the time when I wake up I will see or hear things that arent there for about a minute or two. Usually I see bugs (spiders, swarms of ants or flies, etc) or I'll hear a loud screeching noise. One night though, it took an extremely strange turn. I woke up and heard someone typing on my computer, then they stopped, and pushed out on their chair. I peeked open my eyes and saw my mom standing beside my bed. Right as I was thinking "what are you doing here, mom?" An extremely odd hissy voice whispered in my ear "You thought that was your mom? How silly!" And then my "mom" disappeared and the screeching I normally hear began. It was just so strange and elaborate from my usual hallucinations. Ive never had anything like it before or after.

Exploring the dark basement of a 100 year old building. Half the rooms were pitch black, and I thought I was hearing noises. I also felt like I was being watched. Not many days later, the basement was locked off because of problems with street people.
