Perhaps the healing factor would be a subsidiary perk to scorch, and the actual melee would do no other effect than a regular warlock melee with no charge.
I however definitely didn't say anything on the screen. What I meant was is that it would still have a range and you would have to be near your teammate, but it would have to have some kind of greater range so that the healer could stay stay behind and heal without getting shot, from a doorway for example.
