Improvement Regarding NLB

As with many topics here on the feedback thread are talking about the need of improvemnts for the No Land Beyond rifle, I thought I'd give my two cents on the matter. The Good: The idea of a bolt action sniper rifle is a charming idea when placed into such an advanced universe like Destiny, The ability to have this as a primary is wonderful-if it wasn't so shotty. The Master perk is actually not that bad. Sure, it doesn't compare to Black Hammers 19k damage when shooting Atheon in the gut, but in PVP it can deal considerable damage. Overall this is a PVP based Rifle. Which is good, because the iron sights don't give a red glint. The Bad: The iron sights are beefy and blocks most of the target, making precision shots all the more difficult. What I don't get is the time it takes to ADS. They're Iron Sights. In most FPS games including Destiny; Reflex and iron sights sacrifice zoom for speed. Something this sniper doesn't have. This sniper has poor ammo capacity. As a primary, this sniper should have more ammo than what it usually would have in the special slot. The Ugly: So, the ammo glitch completely screws up any long term playability with this weapon. Even without the glitch, you'd get just 18 shots. Why doesn't this rifle have over penetration? It's an Anti-Materiel Rifle. Things die when you shoot an Anti-Materiel rifle. Things to Fix: Fix the Ammo glitch. Increase ammo to 36. Give this rifle faster ADS speed. Allow the bullets to pass through enemies like the perk: Over Penetration. Replace Snapshot with Perfect Balance. Clean up the iron sights just a bit. No Land Beyond is a lot of fun. But it's not efficient. Thanks for reading.
