Bungie, I formally request that the Super Good Advice Exotic Machine gun is (buffed?) modified so that it talks to you once you unlock the unique upgrade. The gun is okay, but I think that this would make it a desirable gun for the fact that it would speak to you. Also, in the description for the bounties it speaks to you to guide you on the quests.
