TRIBUTE TO RANDALL THE VANDAL
In my opinion randall the vandal is presently the one and only legend in destiny... Who is the speaker? Who is atheon? Who is crota? Who is the traveler?
...since he was nerfed he reached legendary status... I'd love him to be the predator he was hiding in a lvl 8 sheep.
He could decapitate aksor... He could annihilate valus tau'uc... Im convinced he would even kill crota and atheon... Without cheesing them and soloing ;)
What u guys think?

I met him at level 22 for the first time. I punched his face and turned away assuming he was dead. He then tore out my spleen and force fed me lead. I'll always treasure that moment

3 RepliesI think Randall the vandal was reincarnated. I found a hive knight called "celebrant of crota" that attacked the same way as Randall and he took multiple Gjallahorn shots and then 5 whole clips of "Song of ir yût".

Took 3 full magazines from Song of Ir Yut and some Fatebringer to finish off this badass in my most recent encounter with him, Randall is damn near a strike boss lol

3 RepliesOhhhhhhhhh noooooooooo, he STILL LIVES!!!! I should have recorded it. Found him last week. Same ol Randal we grew to love and hate with a passion. He basked in the 6 Truth rockets i hit him with. Said, meh, fuuuuuk you and unloaded on me. I saw Randal's bar was showing about 95% full after taking that much damage. Turned tail and ran for zee hills

1 ReplyHe is most definatley still there, faced off with Randal last week. Doing bounties and running around cosmodrome, ended up in forgotten shores. Hey, I need one more fallen major. I will run over and kill that vandal since I am here. Well, shot a Truth at him, health bar did not move!! WTF, RANDAL IS BACK!! It was on, 7 more rockets, pretty much all my special ammo and primary and who knows how many grenades and my Nova Bomb. He finally was dead and I think I had maybe 5 rounds of ammo left!! I was full of everything when I got there. Come to find out, they were 2 lvl 6 Xmas noobs that just found him, died and respawned just before I got there. They were standing on side of the cliff watching the fight. They saluted and waved, got a message from one of them saying thanks. They were there for 20 minutes and hadn't even moved his health bar. I let them know of the Legend that is Randal!! He said he was not going back over there until he is a level 31!! LOL GOOD TIMES!!

Won't get into the details of what happened in there but my lvl 12 Awoken Female Hunter had to go through extensive therapy to get over it. Went back at a higher lvl to get revenge and after a prolonged fire fight I killed him but it was more of a murder suicide thing. Trip mine to his dome but Randal wasn't going to go out that like. He rushed me and I got killed by my own mine. Now when ever I see him, I give him his space. My Hunter waves and I know Randal remembers her, he stands stoically, guards his cave, but if you watch you can see him node his head, if ever so slightly.

Dudes tough. I rolled up on him weak and got smoked. But have killed him since. I like to camp the cave up by the entrance to the bunker (to do my double fusion rifle kill bounty), so I can see him when I turn around. I shoot Ghorn down at him....he eats a lot, but goes down.

The first time I met Randall, I was but a lvl 10 Hunter, passing through Old Russia to do some bounty. Confident as I was in my hunter's abilities, and his newly earned Regulator mk. 55 (which I thought was pretty bitchin'at the time), I switched between practicing headshots and going upside the scrubby dregs heads with my knife. I happened upon this lonely vandal, standing beside a shank. The shank went down instantly thanks to the Regulator. Being in a stabby mood, I went for the unfortunate vandal's throat. Couldn't believe my eyes when his health didn't even degenerate. Baffled, I watched in awe as he battered my Hunter into submission. Upon respawn, I didn't take another change like that. I pumped his face full of lead, emptied my Regulator and finished him off with a fusion rifle blow to his chest. He didn't yield any loot apart from the standard 25 glimmer, but I sensed that I had ended a legend. My Hunter learned a valuable lesson that day.

Ah. Randall.. A fresh faced level 20, about the shores of Earth in search of spinmetal when I saw him sitting there with his shank friend. I wanted the measly 25 glimmer he'd drop upon death, I thought to myself "A few headshots and he'd be out like a light!" But no.. It was bloodshed, all out war, rockets flying, supers being popped, the rat-a-tat-tat of my first legendary assault rifle filled the air. The ground scorched and bloodied, smoke billowed around the crates he his near, blood soaked and out of rounds I tried to run. Randall stopped me. A few shots in the back.. And on that day I learned.. Don't ever f*** with Randall The Vandal. Tl;dr I got destroyed, yo.
