Do you think that bungie should add swords in destiny?
So I've been playing destiny as a mainly melee style and found it highly interesting. It is tons of fun dodging bullets and ducking under other AI knifes in order to get the knife kill. But there is one problem since melee is week it takes allot of hits to kill some AIs. I think that it would be interesting if swords were added in (like the relic but permanent) so you can do things like the slash attack. Also it wouldn't take five knifes to kill a enemy with a shield. The game would still have a sense off difficulty since you would still have to dodge bullets to get close and worry about mass groups off enemies. But it would be easier since your efforts of getting close would have paid off. Answer the poll and tell what you think.

Interesting idea, but I have one that's better: Each Subclass should have a weapon of some sort that they can use. Sorta like using the relics in VOG, including being in 3rd person when using them. You have the regular melee/ weak attack (R1/RB), the stronger attack (R2/ RT), some sort of ability in place of the grenade, and the super (which of course will be different than the one the subclass uses). It can only be used when your Super is full, or it should have its own meter and cooldown. It can only be used in PvE. Examples of weapons that could be used: Katana (Bladedancer), Hammer or Axe (Striker), Cabal Phalanx-like shield (Defender), Staff (Voidwalker/ Sunsinger).
