dude if you think a Gjallarhorn will break this game your just blind or stupid. my team beats crota and atheon raid all in under an hour with only 3 Gjallarhorn. in which we dont use for the whole time. with ice breaker i can solo nightfalls with that gun alone. i can do that with a Gjallarhorn unless i use countless ammo packs. if you think the nightfalls are hard your doing somthing wrong. me and friends use them for glimmer farming easiest way. this weeks raid we can complete in 10-15 mins and obtain around 3500-4000 glimmer and we use vex or fusion rights with solor damage over Gjallarhorn. for roc strikes they are easy if you have two friends which i hope you have by now you can complete them fast then a random group. i dont have a Gjallarhorn and yes i would like one but i not afraid of xur selling it and ohhh no game went to shit. i love this game put it has its flaws. but saying how one boss killing only gun will break the game, you either havnt played this game as much as others or have gotten lucky to obtain value guns and dont wanna see other obtain them in an easier fashion.

  • I have played plenty of the game, and I have had plenty of other exotics before Gjallarhorn: such as Hawkmoon, Mythoclast, Ice Breaker, etc. The weapon technically does deserve a slight nerf in my opinion, and that is my exact point. 3 gjallarhorns. One gjallarhorn makes a massive dps difference, this week's nightfall, for example, with my gjallarhorn I was basically able to slaughter Omnigul with 7 rockets after my teammates took down her shield with fusion rifles. The weapon is simply too powerful, it should in my (possibly unpopular) opinion be nerfed anyways. Plus, a 17 second atheon kill on hard mode kinda says something.

  • but this weeks nightfall was solar burn. what did you think a heavy solar gun should do? tickle her? heavy guns should be the most powerful guns. the truth owns things weak to void as in void burn nightfalls/weeklys but all that one or more Gjallarhorns do is kills a single target quickly the best. slightly above a sniper rifle. yes you can use it on a group of mobs but that in my eyes is not as efficient, as for a nurf why because it "owns" in one objective kill. it has a limit no ammo no damage. its like people cry for the vex to be nurfed in pvp. yes its a primary fusion rifle that is good at medium to short range at close and far range and equal skill player will kill that vex carrier. the new players to this game dont know what to look for in guns. as someone who doesnt have a Gjallarhorn but values it as a great gun doesnt think it needs a nurf to make it more game balanced. bungie should look into glitches and safe area players can hid and stay in to complete objective over balance in guns. if your taking shelter or staying back to complete things the game will seem easy becuase your making it that way. destiny doesnt make force a challange on us. where as we have to on our own is the problem. if i look for random people to complete things they take the easiest way to do things becuase picking up the shield is to hard so ill just kill oracles attitude. why not glitch crota its easier. what destiny should be doing if fine you wanna hide there you will face this or that or well block that off and force you to be in the room alone with mr. ugle. and when that happens people will be crying for a stronger gun to complete. fix the problems with destiny before you fix a so called boss killing gun.
