I didn't expect this to be a discussion worthy topic. Thank Bungie Community, I am humbled by you all.
In regards to all the comments on this reply, i propose in edit: What if the team res had a very short range? Like you had to stand within 10 meters of your downed teammates. Would that work?

I suppose that would make it less over powered but chances are (in a raid) 5 people would probably not be within 10 feet but then again it is possible
