*The pirate stands by the table, scarlet still being useful on the floor, and the Demon by Revan. Its eyes glow dull green, as the wound now does.*

Ah..welcome back to the land the living lass*i keep taking slow steps toward the demon* jus in time too..

[spoiler]An invisible force holds her against the wall. Choking her.[/spoiler] "Akkk!!"

*Growls and helps the lass knowing my countermeasure will hold as i roar breaking the hold*on yer feet i got'em the ropes but it aint over yet!

*A scream throughout the building, the lights dim* *It now stands, it holds its hands together and an aura forms connecting the wound to its hands* *From what little you can see of its hooded face its smiling. It still nags at you, you think you recognize it...*

*Calmly watchs the wound not a hint of fear or panic on my face just simply waits for the right moment*

*A claw reaches from the ground and holds you in your tracks*

*Yanks the claw up and snaps it off my runes glowing ever brighter as i continue my slow advance*

Now I will grant you that there were other, more pressing matters to attend to at the time, and the situation has only deteriorated since then! However, that does not excuse the blatant lack of any efforts--beyond my own--to ascertain the causes of these chaotic effects! Especially given that, when battling supernatural forces, knowing one's enemy can often--indeed, almost always--be the difference between victory and defeat![/spoiler]
