Wasn't this game originally a ps4 exclusive? But when activision got involved they wanted it got the one too. I know it was not going to be on ps3 an Xbox 360. But to make more cash they brought it out on all systems. Maybe that has something yo do with it. But probably not

No this whole Playstation gets special privileges thing didn't come about until April 2014
