This has nothing to do with bungie. This was a deal through activision, a bidding war that Sony obviously won.
It literally happens all the time. Microsoft gets cod stuff first, generally, because they pay activision for it. Ditto with Sony and ubisoft. People are really grasping at straws trying to make something out of this.

No, the post above is accurate. It has to do with Microsoft and Bungie's creative difference and opposing visions for the future of Halo franchise.

...what? Bungie wanted to move on from Halo because it had been developing the same franchise for the last decade. Microsoft wanted to make more because, obviously, it's a gold mine. I mean, Bungie was already putting in Destiny easter eggs into Halo games before they left.
