So how are they not a sister company of bungie if: 1. They have older employees from bungie and 2. They were practically both Givin life to by Microsoft Bungie and halo got where they were because of Microsoft so it only makes sense that Microsoft would want to keep the product that only made it into stores because of them alive, especially because it makes money. So in a sense it would not be incorrect to call 343 a sister company to bungie.
