Justify cheesing crota.
If you cheese crota, here are my assumptions of you.
1. It's too hard for you.
2. You're lazy.
3. You have never learned to do it the right way.
4. You think there's no problem with it.
5. You think it's cool.
6. You think it's bungie's fault.
7. You did it once and think bungie owes you a level 32 character.
8. "I don't have time" when you've played 700+ hours.
When the hard raid comes out and you're walking around clueless, I will laugh in your face and boot anyone who asks how to kill crota legit.
Edit: seems like everyone claims they can't find 5 other people. Not a valid reason. My friend did it solo and I did it with only one other person in 3 minutes. So try something else.
Edit 2: So, it comes down to this. People either agree with me or they hate me because they can't do it legit. I love these people! Haha.

Please shut the hell up. It's a game. No matter how competitive everyone gets and talks a bunch of shit, I'm guilty of doing so too so don't think I'm just ragging on you, BUT ITS A FRIGGIN' GAME. Christ. I'll laugh in your face when you're still trying to kill Crota without cheese on the hard raid while Im chillin' with my necrochasm. Doucher.

Tbh I admit I am lazy! I can kill crota perfectly fine but I just choose to do it that way till they fix it!

Cost vs Benefit analysis. It is faster and more efficient to "cheese" or find the shortest possible way to do something. It's quite a good trait to have, and can get you somewhere in life.

1 ReplyI cheese ALL THE TIME! I've already done the raid 10+ times. I don't want to keep doing it when I could do it in half the time. The raid isn't fun. It's so easy and is more annoying than entertaining. I'd rather just do it to get my shards, then go play pvp. People really need to relax. If people are cheating their way through the raid without learning it first, it will be their loss. Why do you care?

1 ReplyI do it legit with my main group and if I'm helping others and their group just plain sucks I say "okay enough wasting time we either cheese him or I'm leaving because this is taking way too long"

When I can find a competent team on lfg, then I'll stop cheesing. Had fun doing it all legit the first week, but now I can't find a team that can communicate well enough to do it cheeseless.

Every group I find decides that they are going to cheese it, so instead of wasting my time trying to find another group, I just stick there. Anyway, it doesn't matter because I will get shafted on loot drops most of the time anyway.

I do it legit on 1-2 of my characters every week. I cheese with my other character(s). I cheese when I'm helping my level 27-29 friends gear up. I do it legit when I help the players who've never done it before to teach them the correct way. I help people over on reddit taking new players (level 30-31).

8 RepliesThe mechanics of this raid are not hard at all, so that's not a valid assumption. Run from lamp to lamp? Blew my mind. Stand on a platform for a bridge to form? Damn even harder. And crota is the same shit. You all are acting like people are cheating the Olympics.

3 RepliesWhen you constantly have to lube up every week and get rode hard and put away wet by RNG (I'm looking at you, nightfall strange coins), it becomes very easy to do anything you can to just get some rolls on gear any way you can. Why should anyone make any attempt at exercising or cultivating skill when it is NOT rewarded?

That's how it was with atheon. As a warlock main I was plagued with raid invites from squeakers, and some non squeakers too, asking me to come help them push atheon off. I simply responded no. I haven't been able to find a group to run Crota with because they always want to cheese and I don't want any part of it. I've seen it with atheon. I did my dues with Templar, but I refuse to drop Crota to his knee and ask him for marriage.
