Justify cheesing crota.
If you cheese crota, here are my assumptions of you.
1. It's too hard for you.
2. You're lazy.
3. You have never learned to do it the right way.
4. You think there's no problem with it.
5. You think it's cool.
6. You think it's bungie's fault.
7. You did it once and think bungie owes you a level 32 character.
8. "I don't have time" when you've played 700+ hours.
When the hard raid comes out and you're walking around clueless, I will laugh in your face and boot anyone who asks how to kill crota legit.
Edit: seems like everyone claims they can't find 5 other people. Not a valid reason. My friend did it solo and I did it with only one other person in 3 minutes. So try something else.
Edit 2: So, it comes down to this. People either agree with me or they hate me because they can't do it legit. I love these people! Haha.

i have done it legit only twice due to getting lucky enough to get a competant team together, i have upgraded to ps4 and can no longer even get a full team, so i cheese.

I'm not even mad if people cheese anymore. The more it happens, the more Bungie can prevent it in the future. These last two raids have been upsetting because of the exploits, but the more they understand the flaws in their mechanics, the better off we are.

Personally i dont feel that a majority of the community has the coordination to get it done legit. Yes i have killed him legit. Yes i have done it more than once, but honestly if the option is in front of me, i would rather take the easy route and get it done faster. And to those who say "oh it's gonna suck when hard mode comes out" no its not. Just like atheon these boss fights go in waves. Wave one: kill legit Wave two: kill with cheese Wave three: kill legit. Then the next boss comes out.

Im lazy. Im not trying to sit through a raid with a bunch of shitty randoms that have no idea what they are doing. So i just sit back and do whatever they want and yell at them for -blam!-ing up.

Only reason I have is I never land in a pug that even considers doing him, let alone any other part, legit. Playing with a clan now though so that should change.

I had a lvl 32 quit because we wouldn't cheese plus he couldn't even get out of the first area of the crota fight were the barrier is......trash

It's my game I bought it and , as I don't play PvP my ill gotten gains won't 'hurt' anyone else. It's a VIDEOGAME. Not your tax return. Looking for easier faster and alternative ways of completing a task is in the nature of humanity

I have beaten crota multiple times legit.. but if u can do the raid in half hour cheesing.. why not do it? . . I do the raid at least 10 times a week to help out clan members.. i just don't have the time to run through legit at the moment.. I'd rather just get it done and move onto nightfalls and heroics and bounties. . When the time comes to do it legit.. we will do it legit.. until then.. we will take free rewards. Edit: I have 3 characters as well..

I met a level 32 today. He thought he was amazing until we got to crota. We wanted to do it legit, but he never did it without cheesing. So he had no clue. I cheesed him twice last week after doing my 3 runs with my character. It was actually hilarious.

1. a lvl 27 can do the disconnect and still get loot 2. it's easier. (and people will always do the easier thing)

1 ReplyLook, when I do eventually find a group for the raid, I don't care if they want to cheese or not. Honestly it is just faster. I wan't to get my new gear as fast as possible so I can start leveling it up. Plus with college, I need to get the things I want to do in the least time possible. Before I attempted CE, I made it my aim to know the fight to at least a basic level.
