I cheese him before he cheeses me. You know so I don't have to deal with him teleporting to the bottom level or him dropping down but getting back up right away or not going down at all when his shields are gone or the sword disappearing or no sword drop.
With so many glitches that effect a player negatively it's no surprise players complete it the easiest way possible.

Lol the only glitch in that room is over soul not banishing even though it said my team did.
