I guess you would probably want to have several game systems; PS4, XB1, Wii U, PS3, 360, and PC's all available for play. Wi-Fi, some big screens locked on Popular twitch streams and MLG TV. Game memorabilia and the like. Also I'd say craft beers since it seems like a lot of guys here drink that as well as your basic domestics and liquors. Atmosphere probably dark with neons. Probably weekly/daily tournaments or leagues for different games, Madden, COD, DOTA, etc. I'd say throw in some old school arcade machines too to bring up nostalgia maybe some old school systems too. Sounds like a good idea but with some high costs upfront and barriers to entry being a niche market. You could also though advertise that before like 8 or 9 pm that booze sales are limited or not sold to attract a younger demo to broaden you consumer base, just a thought. good luck.
