Purple engram turned into a green
But yep took a buddy though the vog that -blam!-er got 3 exotics a Soros red death and mida plus a helm I didn't get shit...
But I was happy for him

Lies purples only turn into purples or legendaries. And unless he had 3 characters he probably didn't get three exotics

Yea, i heard stories about that crap. purples could easily, and quite often DID, turn in to shit blues and even greens. Now they solved it by not allowing that to happen. Just in case they made the legendary engram drop insanely rare. So, basically, you're -blam!-ked either way haha

ok you must be somewhat new here to destiny... let me explaine something to you NOOB when the game first came out most MOST legendaries turned into blues and YES sometimes greens a ass ton of people bitched about it so they changed it... and nope he got 3 exotics out of the same raid soros and red death from chests and the mida from beating it so you have no idea what you talking about... if you dont believe me about the engrams go back and read the old hot fix patch notes or ask other day 1 players
