I have actually seen this happen. Legit crota kill and someone gotta nothing. First time they ran the raid with any character that week.

Just telling you it happened. You don't have to believe me. I really don't care and don't think it happens that often, but do you really think it's impossible for bungie to make a coding mistake? I mean this whole thread is about bad coding and testing.

I've gotten radiant energies from crota. I just don't whine about it because I need them to upgrade my raid weapons.

Maybe try resetting during the reset? Maybe you already done the raid on the character. Maybe your weapon slots and armor slots were full?
