Lord Shaxx - Hard Light, Ice Breaker, Gjallarhorn

So I read on the wiki that if you get Crucible rank 10 you can get exotic bounties from Lord Shaxx. Could anyone clarify this or is it a hoax?

This is false, sadly I am rank 13 in crucible and this has never come up. Sorry for the disappointment.
