From what I gather in bungie terms and conditions you can get banned for discussing this in depth

I could. But it won't stop me. These things need attention. You nor anyone else including me has any sort of proof on how aware Bungie is about these bugs/exploits at the time I posted the topic. Nor do we have proof on how aware they are now.
