I wouldn't really call that basing the build around anything. In fact its really 1 out of 2 if you think about it since Radiant skin would just enable you to possibly survive and if you don't you're dead anyway so why not just use Fireborn to get back up? As for the third option I seriously doubt a shinning golden god such as yourself would get much use out of merely having your cool downs reduces if you happened to be in range of Song of Flame.
