At this point the only reason I keep my gear, shader, and emblem from the Queen is to show I've been around since the start. They look good in my vault not being used. This post sucks, cuz it's true.
EDIT: I also don't care what anyone says, the Queen event was fun. It was the first time we had a different vendor or different rewards.

Yeah I miss queens wrath. They said they would be bringing it back.
-
I'm looking forward to it.
-
Man, I wore my Queen's Guard stuff forever. I liked the way it looked a lot.
-
Me too.
-
I was still using the helmet until the dlc. It's the same warlock helmet you could get from any vendor but it has the Queens logo on it. It's still in my inventory. I've never even put it in the vault.
-
I still have the chest plate because I can't get to of it. No drops, nothing. That's the next thing I'm saving up for.
-
I agree...we need that back
-
I use my queen shader with the new warlock raid chest.
-
I may try that. Haven't found one I like yet for it.
-
Extra sick with obsidian mind
-
I want that! C'mon Xur, sell that!!
-
ive kept my supremecy, the rosegold sniper is taken on joy rides from time to time
-
I still use that sniper for the crucible
-
Sadly, I shreeded my guns... I really liked the auto rifle at the time.
-
I still have the chest and helmet and the very first gun you get because they look awesome
-
Still have the gun in my vault.
-
I just use my beta emblem to show I've been here since before the start.
-
The only real reason i miss my 360 account is it had the Prism Dancer shader and that shader is dope. (On Ps4 now)
-
OMG, don't let anybody know you've bought this game twice. Their heads will explode.
-
LOL. I had it for 360 but...didn't buy it digitally...so when I bought my Xbox one - I had to rebuy it T.T oh well, I play it enough that I'm not tripping over it.
-
I keep mine because I know that if I dismantle it, I won't get any ascendant shards
-
lol. Sure, that too...
-
Do others really care that you've been around since the start?
-
Not really. But don't you think if Destiny really lasts ten years and somebody sees my shader or emblem and says, "hey, what shader is that?" and I tell them it was from an event that was from the second month the game was out they would think it's pretty cool? Maybe not, who knows. It's still kinda cool to me.
-
If everything is that persistent that would actually be pretty cool.
