Itt: warlocks shouldn't use wipe saving abilities because of someone's ego
English
-
No, warlocks shouldn't use wipe-saving abilities because it perpetuates the uselessness of the average gamer.
-
If they save me a wipe, they're pretty useful. Come on down from your high horse anytime
-
What about the uselessness of all the players that died, which is why the warlock revived? Many people aren't dependant on supers. I hardly use my hunter supers ever. I can kill fast enough with the many maxed out guns that I have.
-
By reviving, you're validating their crapness. If you wipe, they have to learn to get better in order to proceed.
-
You mean the warlock's crapness or the whole team? Some people are just bad players and die, regardless of class. Do you leave dead teammates dead to teach them a lesson or revive them so they can push on?
-
Both, depending on what played out. If its a warlock rescuing a team, then it's the team's crapness that's the problem.
-
Yea. It is a bit of a crutch but I wouldn't always blame the warlock for it. Sometimes you're carrying the crutch to give it to the crippled team you play with. I play medic on my hunter a lot but I leave them dead until I decide to revive them.
