Seriously. Everyone complains that people will only use VoC and Fatebringer if they are allowed to be upgraded. But if they aren't, the same will happen with the new raid primaries.
Allowing them to be upgraded would actually increase variety, given the new raid primaries are worth it. (And based on Black Hammer I think they are doing well in creating the new weapons).
