Got it from Legendary engram, perks are "precision kills drastically increase reload speed" and "ADS increases effective Range". This thing has wonderfully balanced stats and reloads SO quickly. I haven't maxed it yet, but does anyone else have any personal experience or input with this rifle? Edit - I didn't anticipate this much discussion about this gun when I first posted this, but I do appreciate it guys/girls! Thanks :)
