Not a fat chance in hell. Sony will keep paying Activision for this, and Xbox will keep paying CoD (no specific maker, just the franchise)
Realistically, Microsoft is going to make far more money off CoD than Sony will with Destiny. But that's from an economical standpoint. For the players, (most I would imagine) would prefer Destiny stuff or CoD, regardless of console.

Yes for these games that is probably how it is going to be. But each console has other games that they have exclusive content and or time released content. Like I said it is just the way industry is going in.
