Think of it this way, vog is a tier 1 raid and crota is a tier 2 raid and obviously tier 2 is better than tier 1 so no those legendaries should not be upgraded

Or if they do they should add a item that drops from crota hard more for then to get upgraded

Why should hard earned vog guns do less then normal legendaries?

The vog guns for me was always used for nightfalls because of the elemental damage except for fatebringer I use that a lot still but don't really care for an upgrade
