Right now the no land beyond is bugged. It does around 80%~ less damage than the icebreaker for precision shots. In pvp it does 221 for headshots while icebreaker does around 480.

That's due to NLB's crit damage being worse than every other sniper. It's also been pointed out in a different thread, the "Master" perk is bugged too, it doesn't work at all.
