LRD 5001 (solar dmg) - Has longest range scope. - 1st perk is performance bonus (kills with weapon grant bonus reserve ammo). - 2nd column of perks: high calibur rounds, field scout, custom optics (like the longest range scope isn't enough :p). - 3rd perk is clown cartridge. Fun, but will be scrapped for energies since the perks aren't that great.
