Do you get one per character or per acct? Just curious. At work right now.

I only got a package on my 29 warlock from the postmaster. So I dunno but I sure see a lot of little kids crying on the forums.

I ended up with a plug 1 and a legendary engram that ended up being boots. I have two characters so I'm going to say yes.
