I got One Way Ticket 000 (rocket launcher).
It has solar damage, Mulligan and Third Eye perks.
I am perfectly satisfied with a random Legendary weapon as a free gift from Bungie - I think it was a very nice gesture.
However, I can't pretend I'm not disappointed with what I received - it will become ascendant energy (which I really don't need, either).

A rocket launcher without tracking could miss and being able to get that round back could be helpful. If you have a ghorn or hunger you likely won't use this one but, I've seen worse.
