It's an ok pulse. I got one on a drop a few weeks ago. If you're not a fan of pulses, it's not going to change your mind. I've leveled mine up a bit but, I'm not a big fan and, I'm not wasting my ascendants on it. Besides, I have a juju, and it spanks the Hiss. Same here on hoping for a new area to explore. They ever going to do anything with Kings Watch area in the cosmodrome?!? Now it's just a dead end.
