I got Time on Target. It's a pulse rifle with no burns. The perks are reloading this weapon after a kill grants damage bonus for a short time and this weapon can be fired in full auto mode.
Thanks Bungie, Ghorn is on my wish list but I'll take this.

That's actually a good roll there. I'd use a pulse rifle more if it had those kind of perks to it.
