An ever growing trend is occurring and will only get worse unless it's addressed. When you collect a group of random people for a raid or weekly heroic/nightfall, whether it's grabbed from the tower or lfg, it seems everyone "knows best" how to beat the activity. This results in confusion, irritation and complete stupidity. How about letting the fireteam leader call the shots? If he/she doesn't know what they're doing they can promote someone who does.
