So you just assume something huh? Is that what we do now "assume" you should read some other posts on here some people got blessed by RNG some didn't. It's why in bungies tweet it said some people would be quick to dismantle while others won't.

People dismantled because of crap weapons, other did'nt because of awesome rolls on those same weapons. But not exotics here.
