What's your quickest level 20 with a new character?

Thanks to RNG'sus I may be finally getting around to creating a titan this week. I already have a 31 warlock that I started with back in September. Just wanting to find out how quick everyone else had gotten to level 20 with their new characters? Here's my plan: Story missions - max xp level Bounties Strike playlist - worth it?

I made a second titan. It did most levels on normal and some on hard(missions that I knew I could beat easily). Bounties and Playlist and the occasional crucible match.
