There's something nice about writing or drawing in a real book. Digital is nice and all but pen and paper is better imo

Seems cool to have, you could really get a lot of compensation back at the tower for all that new info.

Exactly. That would be so cool if there were options in Destiny to actually gather information in Patrol missions, store them on your Ghost, and then actually be able to look through all of the information. I guess it would be like writing your own grimoire cards based on your experiences and then saving them to your ghost.
