The boards have been like this sense September 9th. To claim otherwise brings question into how long you've really been around.
And there is no helping you, take this as a lesson that if you don't like destinys RNG system to then avoid most MMOs,Jrpgs, and gambling of any type.

I stopped posting in here shortly after Destiny's release. I send Feedback Forums of my complaints.. if you go back in time you'll see so many hype posts and threads of mine before Destiny.
