What do you think "Forge of Gods" DLC will be about.
I'm just really curious, I like Destiny Lore so I would LOVE to hear your theories.
I think Forge of Gods is about the creation of the traveler and why it is giving us technology and helping us. Probably the raid is about killing the traveler since there is people that say the traveler is EVIL, and is just using us to help it self, making it selfish.
Anyways that's all I got, hope to read your theories soon.

Just thought you would want to know.[/quote] I checked that out, and I confirmed that what he said is correct since I have a bunch of video clips saved of me playing each strike for the first time, and luckily I checked that cave back then. So FOG will be something about a drill/mine and they will find something? We are not sure yet.

I think the Forge of the Gods is going to be something like the VoG, but is a place where gods are born. The storyline might go that the cabal are forging gods(like atheon and crota) and the guardians must destroy the forge to stop the creation of these cabal super soldiers(their gods) . The raid could have parts where you hold areas(lets say while the ghosts sabotage their systems or wire up bombs) and parts where youre travelling through the cabal Forge. It could even take place on a massive spaceship or something and you start by crashing through the side and fighting off the labdig craft. The final battle may be more puzzle-like, where all 6 player have to be in certain spots to trigger the bombs/viruses from before. It would end not just with the death of a boss, but the forge crashing down around the team with a sprint to a waiting craft which takes the guardians back to their ships.

My belief is, the vex raid will be about opening a gate leads to the forge of gods in mars, this forge is, however the last ahamkara, Since they grant wishes, it would make sense. The raid would be about mercy killing this dragon, and the story missions would be about how they captured and how they used it. I would so love to work for bungie, i could make better dlc in my sleep!

One thing I found interesting was a location on Mars where you could earn Thorn (before the idea of RNG) this was call sharlamaigns vault (may have spelt that wrong to sorry) hopefully this is in forge of the gods as a strike if not the raid because this location seemed extremely interesting to me

I'm going to guess the forge is a location on Mars or a Cabal command ship. Given the roman titles given to the cabal military (legionary, centurion) and their conquering nature, I would assume the Forge is a tile for something made in reverence to whatever gods the cabal may worship, and will not include any actual "gods" like TDB had Crota

What we learn from the Cabal: Centurions communicate via interpretative dance rather then with their helmets like we all expected. Phalanxes newest deadly weapon is lunge-able hugs.
