What do you think "Forge of Gods" DLC will be about.
I'm just really curious, I like Destiny Lore so I would LOVE to hear your theories.
I think Forge of Gods is about the creation of the traveler and why it is giving us technology and helping us. Probably the raid is about killing the traveler since there is people that say the traveler is EVIL, and is just using us to help it self, making it selfish.
Anyways that's all I got, hope to read your theories soon.

Just thought you would want to know.[/quote] I checked that out, and I confirmed that what he said is correct since I have a bunch of video clips saved of me playing each strike for the first time, and luckily I checked that cave back then. So FOG will be something about a drill/mine and they will find something? We are not sure yet.

No one really knows what the Cabal are really after on Mars. But scans with your ghost on Phobos mention "mining operation" a lot. I'm thinking about going over the Cabal info to see something I may have missed. They wouldn't have such a permanent foothold on Mars otherwise. Maybe after the Vex, maybe something else. I know Rasputin has also been watching the Cabal and Vex conflict.

It will be about how fast you can throw money at the screen.... I do hope it's cabal this time whatever it may be though, tired of hive and fallen and already did vex in the vanilla game.

Hmm... "Forge of Gods"... Greg Bear wrote a book called "Forge of God". He also wrote the Halo Forerunner Saga. Bungie made Halo. So that could only mean one thing... [spoiler]Half Life 3 confirmed.[/spoiler] On a more serious note. Forge of Gods could really mean that the Darkness cleared the corrupted galaxy of life, and the Traveler was the Ark that saved the "good" ones.

If you listen to I think the Shield Brothers strike Cayde mentions that we took down the last two cabal command officers in the system. The message to the emperor or empire about Oryx and the destabilization of the Mars "beach head" should prompt a cabal support team if not the emperor himself to deal with Oryx. Assuming he hasn't heard the news of our defeat of Oryx. If we're to believe the Cabal go big or go home this support team should be MASSIVE.

Charlemagne's Vault is a location on Mars that was talked about before the release of Destiny. Charlemagne was a warmind on Mars, so possibly us facing a warmind that's become corrupt from the darkness.

Well most likely the cabal empire will send an army to destroy us/ the hive since the events in ttk. If you listen to the dialogue this is teased more than once
