Lvl 91 I think one character. Other 31 and the other high 20s maybe low 30s. Haven't gotten a single one. NOT ONE! :(

Only gotten it once Accidentally deleted it along with a character I didn't want anymore. I cried.

2 of my guardians have it. It has nothing to do with the cryptarch. One is level 9 the other is level 4 cryptarch.

Cryptarch gave it to me and makes my hunter look like a candy cane and my Titan (when I wear alpha Lupi armor) looks like a red turtle
