The answer to this question, which surely we have all kept asking ourselves is simple. The game mechanics are perfect it feels like magic. The controller and the mind are one with each other. That combined with a screen that's always visually stunning with music that pulling you into the game. That cocktail has kept us playing for hundreds of hours longer than it deserves when taking into account its short comings. I don't think I need to mentions how many of those there are.
