I purchased and downloaded the Digital Guardian Edition of Destiny on Christmas day. I have the Expansion Pass, The Vanguard Armory, both expansion 1 and 2, and the destiny collector's edition digital content pack, all installed on my xbox one. I knew from this edition of destiny that I would get the ghost skin, emblem, and ship, but I recently found out I should get the new tumbler but I never received one. It is not at the postmaster or the special orders lady. In the FAQ of this tumbler, it says I should have one. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12410 I checked that all of my add ons were installed and they were.
Edit: I recently found out that if you delete the first character you ever make, then you can't get the tumbler. They send it to the postmaster of your first character, so if you delete it, you lose anything that the postmaster had. I had absolutely no idea this was the case. I knew that items would be deleted if they were in the postmaster because I popup told me as I was deleting my first ever character. I made my character and didn't really like how he looked when I got into the game so I deleted him. I had never played Destiny before and I didn't even know what the postmaster was. And I never would have thought that I could have anything at the postmaster if I had never played the game.
If anyone knows of a solution, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi There. Same issue here. Bought the Digital Guardian Edition for Xbox One - never received the EV-30 Sparrow. Followed the FAQ. I've tried talking to bungie but they won't replace missing/deleted items. I contacted Xbox Support and had them refund my purchase so I could buy it again - still didn't work. Its ridiculous we're not receiving the items we've paid for.. I'm sorry this is happening to you too.
