I know for a fact this happens with the warlock, but not sure about the other classes. When you have the Heavy Weapon Ammo perk that increases your carrying capacity of Heavy ammo, there is a glitch that makes you lose a good amount of heavy ammo after you die. This isn't supposed to happen and has been a problem for quite a while. How about we fix this thing? Thank you.

I'm losing heavy ammo without the perks too, but my buddy has the same set up and doesn't lose ammo... WTF!?

Can't Comprehend how stupid you are
-
This is supposed to happen you idiot
-
It's a bug Bubgie has known about since forever.
-
Yep a bug happens to titans as well

Edited by INDKIN6ZwebSITE: 1/9/2015 7:09:02 PMyou lose it just spawning in patrol not just dying so yes it is a bug
-
bump for the nothingness of my heavy ammo on spawn.

Yup I have the same problem Some deaths I'll keep all my heavy and other times I'll lose it all. IE: this especially happens in raids where I'll die to thrall and lose all my heavy and then next death similarly I'll die to thrall I'll keep all my heavy. Very weird.

Known glitch that bungie probably wont fix... they dont want us to keep our ammo, and they know we all wear one of those armour pieces so it will remain the way it is
-
I think that this has to do with a small oversight in coding. Based on what I've seen on a couple weapons, it takes you back down to the "Default" cap on the ammo. Most likely forgot to change a couple values somewhere.

So first yes you do lose ammo when yo7 die its a glitch. Second and this is diected at gator:he is talking about pve not pvp and you should take a nap.
-
You'll lose heavy ammo when watching a cut scene.

Yep, same here.
