Honestly the worst thing about Dragon's Breath is that it must be solar. Were it Arc it would at least be set apart from Gjallarhorn. It would be interesting, though hysterically overpowered, if it dropped MIRV explosions which then became solar flares themselves. But like any other rocket launcher it could be made usable enough with tracking and/or proximity burst.
