Hard Light worse than Monte Carlo? What world do you live in? Nothing is worse than Monte Carlo!

I quite enjoy using monte carlo. I have no problem achieving headshot bounties with it either. If you fully level it up the gun is awesome imo. :)

Not worse, per se. Hard Light is great for crowd control and I beleeeiiiive? has slightly more Impact. Its exotic effect is just not good enough, and its recoil is worse than the suggested value should be. I have, and routinely use, both.
