The first time I met Randal the Vandal was back in the early days of the PS4 beta. At the time, I knew yellow-health-bar enemies were tough, but nothing prepared me for the boss-like fight I did not see coming. After a few minutes of head-shots and grenades to the face, his health reduced by a small fraction, he looked me dead in the eye with a look that seemed to say "is that all you got?". Needless to say, after several more minutes of unloading the entirety of my ammunition a few times over, Randal finally fell. After my victory, I then continued to finish my bounties and return to the Tower. After reaching lvl 8, I decided to pay Randal another visit to see any difference in my strength since then. However, the Vandal I killed then was definitely not Randal, as he could only withstand few bullets to his head. After the beta, I've seen him only a handful of occasions but none very recently. If he climbed through the ranks, he may become a more formidable foe than any Kell or Archon seen so far...
