I'm not enamored with it, have the 1.0 version in my vault, don't care to upgrade it.
It's not any better than most legendary scout rifles in my opinion.
I do get people who say the +2 agility thing is good, especially for the abyss, but there's other weapons that do the same thing.

It's not the +2 agility perk. It's the MIDA's exotic perk that increase movement speed. You literally won't slow down in the Thrall pit during the raid.
