Try to look past the face of his comment and understand that we want Queen's Wrath back but in an improved form. We're obviously not asking for just another set of mindless bounties with a new color stamped on them.

Why want Queen's Wrath at all? Why not something completely and totally new for PvE'rs? It's hard for Bungie to come up with new concepts for PvE'rs due to the fact that they aren't going to invent brand new missions to do events for (they might, just highly unlikely). Not to mention Iron Banner consists of the same type of thing as well (with regards to having to do bounties) it's just a different type of grind than Queen's Wrath. What I'm basically saying is, don't expect a brand new concept for Queen's. You're probably going to be looking at doing the same types of bounties done before from the event or ones similar to what you're doing elsewhere as there isn't much else to do.
