O really, glad you went there please tell me you have taken the time to read in its entirety the 17 pages of terms of service. If not please sit back down. Once you have completed the terms of service read then become educated in contract law. Once that is complete then your will fully understand the ignorance of your comment

Consideration: They give player game, gamer plays game under agreed terms. Offer: their distribution and sale of game/ network Acceptance: Gamers Agreement to terms and usage of game it has all of the aspects of a legally binding contract. so please explain once again how my comment was "ignorant"?
